Homes For Rent
We offer a select number of homes available as rentals. Just
like the homes will offer for sale, these homes are top quality
unlike the typical "rental" house you may have seen in
the past. They are updated with new or like new carpet, new
countertops, freshly painted inside and out, and cleaned ready for
you to move into. All of our properties come with the necessary
appliances including stove/oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator
(unless you prefer your own) and a washer/dryer may be included at
a small monthly charge if so required. We will also prorate your
first month’s rent so you only pay for the time you actually
rent the home. We offer 1, 2 and 3-year leases for your security
and comfort. Most rentals may also be converted over to our
Lease-To-Own program in the future if so desired.
