What kind of houses do you buy?
We busy houses in any area, condition or any price range. If
the deal makes sense and is a good investment then we buy.
Do you charge for your services?
The only time we charge for our services is if we help you
secure a leas-to-own buyer for your home. That rate typically runs
1% of the selling price. Unlike a realtor, there is never a charge
or commission when we buy or sell you a home.
Have all your homes been rehabbed?
Our goal is to provide a high quality home at a fair price. We
do not sell homes that a new owner will have to do a lot of
immediate work to.
What if I am behind on my payments or in foreclosure, can you
help?
Yes, if you call or contact us immediately, we may be able to
help catch up your back payments, stop the foreclosure process and
save your credit.
How can I buy a home when I have bad credit?
Our Lease-To-Own buying programs are perfect for people with
credit issues. As long as you have between 3% - 5% down payment
available and can afford the monthly lease payments we can put you
in one of our great houses. We also work with several mortgage
lenders who may be able to arrange a loan for you.
Do I need to qualify to buy a home?
We are not extremely interested in your past credit status.
Your ability to make the monthly payment and your desire to be a
homeowner now is what is really important to us. However, you must
be willing to at least work on improving you credit so that you
can be approved for a loan within 2 years.
